二台のピアノのための曲。一人がガーシュウィンの《アイ・ガット・リズム》を弾き、もう一人がシェーンベルクの様々な曲からの断片を合いの手で入れる。この曲は、ガーシュウィンとシェーンベルクがテニス仲間で頻繁にテニスをしていたことに着想して、作曲された。初版は1997年に作曲され、本演奏は大井の委嘱による2004年の第2版を基に序奏を付け加えられたものである。譜面はhttp://homepage3.nifty.com/kyo-yoshid... で入手可能。

A piece for two pianos. One player plays Gershwin's "I got rhythm" while the other plays fragments of Schoenberg's pieces.  The piece is inspired by the fact that Gershwin and Schoenberg enjoyed playing tennis together frequently.  The first edition was composed in 1997 and the present performance is based on the second edition commissioned by Ooi in 2004 and is accompanied with an introduction.  The score is available athttp://homepage3.nifty.com/kyo-yoshid... .
