From the BWV number, it is clear that this is an organ piece. Please also listen to the organ version. From the writing, it is evident that there is an influence of the French Overture. Therefore, even if a dotted eighth note + sixteenth note is written conventionally, in practice, please tighten the rhythm to approximately a dotted eighth note + thirty-second note, and perform with dignity.
It is fundamentally written in three voices. While playing on the organ allows for changing the timbre of each voice, this is not possible on the piano. Therefore, the performer should aim for the independence of each voice as much as possible.
From the fourth beat of measure 11, it becomes four voices. Consider measure 12 as a cadence and perform it improvisationally.
The ending of the last two measures resembles the ending of the Gigue from the French Suite in D minor. Naturally, it is a Picardy third.
In this piece, please strive to evoke an image of "dignity" and something "grand." This applies to the ending, of course, but for example, utilizing the descending left-hand passage in measures 6-8 to build volume is also one method.
