It is marked "Andantino." While the term "Andantino" itself is quite ambiguous, it can be understood as a tempo suitable for dancing. Since no dynamic markings are indicated in the score, it is left to the performer's discretion. The 8-measure piece is divided into two phrases of 4 measures each.
As the notes in the first four measures and the latter four measures are almost identical, some variation between the first and second halves would be desirable. A close look at only the first beat of these two phrases reveals that in measure 1, the melody in the right hand is C, in measure 2 it is B, a rest appears in measure 3, and measure 4 ends with A in the first half and F in the second half.
Therefore, the first half can be considered C→B→A, and the second half C→B→A→G→F. In this case, the volume should gradually decrease towards the end of each phrase, with measure 1 and measure 5 (the first measure of each phrase) being the loudest. Following this, a gradual diminuendo should be applied from measures 1 to 4, reaching A on the first beat of measure 4. Then, utilizing the ascending scale in beats 2-3, a crescendo should be applied to reach C in measure 5, from which point another gradual diminuendo should be applied to conclude at measure 8.
This is one possible interpretation, offered for your reference.
