The original piece is an artificial voice song included in the album "Hermes Clockwork," released in 2000. The vocals were generated by hacking MacOS's speech function with Max/MSP, making it sing with random phonemes. It is a late-night Klezmer-Tango, created during nightly drinking sessions in an empty snack bar, which was envisioned as a studio. In 2005, it was arranged for piano solo at the commission of Ms. Aki Takahashi.
