In 4/4 time and F major, this piece is in canon form. The melody, played alternately by the right and left hands, is accompanied by lyrics such as "Daisuki na uta, rarara utaimasho" (My favorite song, let's sing la la la), resulting in cheerful music.

This piece is composed in polyphony (multi-voiced music), and the order of polyphony must be maintained. This means that both melodies should be heard independently, and one should not be equalized due to the circumstances of the other hand. This is the first point.
Next, consider the resolution of chords. For example, in measure 2, the chord in this measure is F-A-C, so the G in the right hand and the B in the left hand are non-harmonic tones. Assuming this, the B in the left hand is a passing tone and falls on a weak beat, so there is no issue. However, the G in the right hand is written on a strong beat and is sustained for a half note. Therefore, it has a strong emphasis, but let's assume this G resolves to the A on the third beat. In that case, since A is also the end of the phrase, it must be played significantly weaker than G. Try playing it as if it's fading towards A.
There are three more such passages:
- In measure 4, from the third beat, apply a diminuendo to the left hand's eighth notes until reaching the F in measure 5.
- Measure 6 is the same as measure 2.
- And in measure 8, both hands should end with a diminuendo.
The atmosphere of this piece changes dramatically depending on the tempo; please consult with your teacher to decide on this aspect.
In any case, please end measure 8 slightly slower.
