Both the Minuet section and the Trio section are in ABA form. Starting with the Minuet, measures 18-25 are considered the peak point of this Minuet. Within these measures (18-25), it is likely that measures 18-19 have the strongest dynamic.
In any case, to differentiate it from measures 1-8, the latter half should be considered the peak. Measure 10 marks the start of the B section. Here, a sense of psychological hesitation is conveyed through the chords, creating a contrast with the initial A section. It starts p, but a crescendo should be applied from measures 14-17, leading to the peak point at measure 18.
Next, for the Trio section, measures 1-8 and 17-24 are both A sections. Therefore, the tension in the latter A section should be higher than that in the opening A section. Similarly, utilize measures 12-15 of the B section to apply a crescendo, building the tension, and then enter measure 17.
