There are two types of Courante: one derived from the Italian Corrente, and another that developed in France, the latter of which should be set at a slow tempo. Since this Courante is written in 3/4, it is considered to be a Courante that developed from the Italian Corrente. Therefore, the tempo is fast.
However, with such a large number of ornaments, a very fast tempo becomes difficult. While it is possible to pause at the location of ornaments on a harpsichord, this is not typically done on a piano. Please set the tempo so that all ornaments can be played without difficulty.
When playing ornaments, consider the prevailing key and add or remove accidentals accordingly. For example, in measure 26, the scale-specific notes of C major are present from the previous measure, so the trill in the right hand on the first beat should preferably be CHC, not CBC. Personally, I believe that the C trill on the first beat of measure 13, and the C trill on the third beat of measure 15, would also sound more natural as CHC rather than CBC.
