This Allemande is characterized by its repeated notes. The nature of these repeated notes means that even a slight change in tempo can drastically alter the character of the piece. If the tempo is set too fast, the repeated notes will prevent a legato execution, resulting in an overly agitated musical character. The question then arises as to how slow the tempo should be. In the second beat of the last measure, a seventh chord, E-G-B-C, appears as repeated notes. When these two chords and the chord on the third beat (a total of three chords) are played, a tempo setting based on a comfortable sixteenth-note speed (for both listening and playing) would be appropriate.
For repeated notes, legato can be achieved by using the pedal, so please try connecting the notes with the pedal.
In the latter half, in measure 12, on the second beat, regarding the right-hand chord: there are scores where the H (B natural) in G-H-D (which the author is confident is the original intention) has a flat, making it G-B♭-D. The author believes there is a very high probability that this is a misprint. Please disregard this flat.
Although the key is F major, please consider it a piece with a simple and gentle character.
