Regarding this third movement, in the composer's score, a 'p' marking is present where the minor theme appears, and an 'mf' marking where the major theme appears. Although 'Molt Vivace' is indicated, the performance fundamentally changes depending on how one interprets the initial E minor theme.
When performing the initial E minor theme, if one adopts an approach where the left hand plays legato, using the pedal to create a horizontally flowing sound, and the melody is rendered like a song, adhering to the 'p' marking allows for a romantic, song-like, and flowing interpretation.
Conversely, by playing the left-hand 16th notes with a clear, almost marcato quality, omitting the pedal, emphasizing a two-beat feel, and interpreting the music in a vertical manner, the tension increases, and the 'p' marking can be understood as indicating a 'p' with heightened tension.
From this point onward, the minor and major keys alternate, and the theme takes on a variation-like character. Consequently, when the E minor theme and the E major theme are played on the first page, the atmosphere changes significantly due to the two different approaches mentioned above. Ultimately, the choice rests with the performer, and there is no single correct interpretation. Please experiment with various performance methods and follow your own conviction.

The third movement, Vivace molto, is written in 2/4 time in E minor. Consequently, the ending of the previous movement and the beginning of this movement are in a dominant-tonic relationship relative to this movement's tonic key. The opening bears the indication 'Innocentemente' (innocently/naively). Although written in rondo form, it is characteristic that its rondo theme is also presented in its parallel major, E major. Throughout the movement, ascending figures are characteristic, and a lively atmosphere prevails.
