It is a simple yet memorable melody. The melody in bar 1, and from bar 11, beat 3 to bar 12, beat 4, should be sung clearly so that it lingers in the listener's mind.
The rest should be considered in two-bar units. Bars 3-4 should have increased tension compared to bars 1-2, ending on the dominant, and bars 5-6 will form the cadence. As the hands are separated in this cadence, you may increase the volume considerably and end it with an exaggerated flourish.
In the latter half, bars 7-8 begin softly in B-flat major. Bars 9-10 increase tension in D minor, returning to the main melody from bar 11, beat 3. From bars 11-13, I believe you may gradually slow down the tempo.
The image for this piece might be to play it grandly, envisioning a pipe organ rather than a harpsichord performance. For example, from bar 11, beat 3, you might consider adding the same notes an octave lower in the left hand. It is a piece that calls for such a grand image.
