Graduated from Senzoku Gakuen College of Music, and from the Piano Department and the Chamber Music Graduate School of the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München. Performed at the Yomiuri Newcomers' Concert. Appeared on Bayerischer Rundfunk (German Bavarian Broadcasting) and NHK-FM. Active in solo recitals and chamber music performances in Germany and Japan. Studied piano under Chizuko Kiyota, M. Egger, G. Pirner, and M. Schäfer, and chamber music under A. Wolkow.

Currently a lecturer at Senzoku Gakuen College of Music. Member of the Japan Piano Teachers' Association and a full member of PTNA (Piano Teachers' National Association of Japan).
