Nancy Faber
Recipient of the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA) Distinguished Composer of the Year Award for her Tennessee Suite for Piano and String Quartet. Her flute quartet, Voices from Between Worlds, was a winner in the National Flute Association's Chamber Music Competition. Nancy Faber's compositions are not only performed at piano recitals worldwide but also broadcast on television and radio.
She studied composition with Joan Tower, William Albright, Charles Ruggiero, and Nicholas Maw. She studied piano at the Eastman School of Music and Michigan State University, from which she received a Distinguished Alumni Award in 2015.
Randall Faber
As a pianist and educator, he has been invited as a guest lecturer by universities across Asia, Canada, and the United States, and has served as a master clinician for numerous organizations, including the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA), the World Piano Pedagogy Conference, and the National Conference on Keyboard Pedagogy. He is also a Steinway Artist, performing recitals throughout the United States, Canada, and Asia. He holds three degrees from the University of Michigan and was awarded a Ph.D. in Human Development and Educational Sciences from Vanderbilt University.
