Academic Background and Specialization
Graduated from the Department of Russian Studies, Faculty of Foreign Studies, Sophia University. Completed the Master's and Doctoral programs in the Graduate School of Music, Tokyo University of the Arts (Ph.D. in Academic Studies). Completed the Master's program in the Graduate School of Theology, Sophia University. Currently a part-time lecturer at the Faculty of Foreign Studies, Sophia University. Specializes in the works and biographical research of Chopin and Rachmaninoff, music and nationalism in the 18th-19th centuries, church history, and general Russian music history.
