While there might be a preconception that the final movement should be fast, a minuet tempo is perfectly acceptable here. As this is a variation, please approach it with that in mind and aim for an elegant and light performance. Incidentally, there are two Cs at the beginning that are repeated, but some performers play this anacrusis as CDCHC, not CCDCHC. If Haydn had intended CDCHC, he would not have bothered to write two Cs. There is ample time, so please repeat the C and play CCDCHC. Thereafter, play the same passages in the same way. Fortunately, this material only appears as CCDCHC, starting with C. Since all notes are on white keys, it should be technically easy. Please do repeat the C. There is only one technically very difficult spot. This is the left-hand CCDCHC in the third beat of measure 8, after the repeat marking. Since it then proceeds to a C an octave higher, the fingering must necessarily be 443454 which is an extremely difficult technique. If it were me, I would first practice extensively with 443454, but I don't know if I would be able to play it. Please try it first, and if it proves troublesome (or if you cannot dedicate time to this spot), I will teach you a special method.
For the left hand, play this passage as 223212. This should be significantly easier than 443454. And take the C an octave higher with the right hand. Please try it.
