First, as this is a work from the Classical era, maintain a single tempo, conceiving it as music conducted by a conductor. Instead of varying the tempo at different points, consistently count in 3/4 time throughout the performance to ensure the tempo remains steady. Furthermore, rests are a crucial element and must never be disregarded. Observe rests strictly.
This movement can fundamentally be conceived as a female singer's song. Many sections emerge as lyrical. Measures 23-26 are precisely such a section. And measures 27-30 should also evoke the image of a song. In practice, it's impossible to sing at the speed of such rapid sixteenth notes, yet one should still play with the image of singing. Measures 40-44, for instance, should evoke the image of a very talkative woman continuously chattering, without pause, not even allowing time for interjections.
Measures 45-47 might be the most challenging in terms of such lyricism. While it can be considered a duet, the notes fall on the off-beats, making it extremely difficult to achieve voice independence in these measures. Aim for voice independence by playing the alto as softly as possible (pp) and making the soprano prominent.
Overall, this movement is not grand in scale. Serious elements are virtually nonexistent; please play it with an extremely optimistic spirit.
